We ship both locally within Singapore and internationally to the following countries: Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and the United States.
Shipping Rates

Local Orders (Singapore):
Flat rate shipping applies to all orders. Enjoy free shipping for orders above SGD $50. -
International Orders:
A flat rate will apply based on your destination. Free shipping is available for orders over USD $100.
Handling & Delivery Times
- Handling Time: All orders are processed within 7 days.

Delivery Time: We ship once a week. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Local (Singapore): 3–7 business days
- International: 10–30 business days depending on the destination and postal service.
Please note: We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted local postal services to handle both domestic and international shipments.
Tracking Information
- Local Orders (Singapore): Tracking is optional. You can select this at checkout.
- International Orders: Tracking is mandatory and will be provided once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Items
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by shipping carriers. Once the order leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure its delivery. However, if you encounter any issues, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will assist where possible.
Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees
For international orders, all customs duties, taxes, and additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
