At beanscribs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review the policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at beanscribs@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Sale items and gift cards.
Please note that we also do not accept returns for change of mind.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the damaged or defective item (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you via email if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
