Orders/Shipping
Where are you based? / Where do items ship from?
I'm based in and operate from Singapore!
How long do orders take to process?
All orders will be processed within 5-7 working days. International orders will take 2-5 weeks to reach you depending on where you're located!
Do you only have tracked shipping?
International orders will only be shipped out with tracked mail - tracking numbers will be provided in your dispatch emails. Domestic orders (i.e. orders from Singapore) are all still shipped out with normal (standard) mail unless opted otherwise at checkout. Normal mail does not come with a tracking number.
What is your return policy?
Please note that all sales are final and returns or refunds will only be issued if your order is missing or damaged - do note that this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Do contact me as soon as possible if you are having any issues!
